Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the
Fishing4Mails.com
program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Fishing4Mails.com
may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members
will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to
their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
Fishing4Mails.com
. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to
terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the
Fishing4Mails.com
program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement
on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our
program is open to both US and International members and is void where
prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple
times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared
with another individual that has an existing
Fishing4Mails.com
account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your
account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging into your account and following
the "User Account Info" link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
Fishing4Mails.com
account including authorization by you to any third party individual who
may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed
to be inappropriate or illegal by
Fishing4Mails.com
be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes
of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up
Fishing4Mails.com
. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up
with
Fishing4Mails.com
. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
Fishing4Mails.com
limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to
messages from
Fishing4Mails.com
, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in
automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date
of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
Fishing4Mails.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or
employment relationship between you and
Fishing4Mails.com
. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any
offers or make any representations on behalf of
Fishing4Mails.com
. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that
would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible
for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using
the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Fishing4Mails.com
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any
other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages
arising out of or related to this Agreement or
Fishing4Mails.com
program, even if
Fishing4Mails.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Fishing4Mails.com
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount
of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions
of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser
websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website
provided by
Fishing4Mails.com
. Members may earn by referring new members to the
Fishing4Mails.com
program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected
by
Fishing4Mails.com
. Members will be paid via PayPal.
Fishing4Mails.com
will pay members when they have been active for 1 month and clicked the
payout buttom Payments will normally be made within 48 hours but can take
up to 30 days or a reasonable time after.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with
Fishing4Mails.com
and may result in legal prosecution.
Fishing4Mails.com
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any
member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately
and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held
liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident.
Fishing4Mails.com
may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
Multiple Sign-ups
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds
for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple
times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Fishing4Mails.com
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple
sign-ups.
Vacation Mode
If you plan to be inactive from partication for longer than 30 days, you should place your
account in Vacation Mode by entering your intended date of return to participation
in the Vacation field of your User Info (Profile) area as follows: mm/dd/yyyy. Failure to do this
may result in deletion of your account due to inactivity. This action is automatic and occurs daily.
Note: Participation from a country not in your profile, whether you are on vacation or not,
will result in suspension of your account. This action may lead to account deletion due to inactivity.
Participation from any country not in your profile is considered Violation of Terms.
When can Fishing4mails cancel my account?
If you are inactive for over 30 days, have clicked a cheat link 3 times,
are caught using a cheat bot or any software that does the clicking for
you, having multiple accounts, selecting from US/CA/USA when not from these,
selecting a bad keyword at sign-up, selecting a search keyword when not
from a search country, searching when not from a country authorized country,
making a false Paid to sign-up request. Please note your account is terminated
upon found to be breaking one of these rules, no second chances.
Which countries are allowed to search?
The following countries are authorized for searches:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and
United States.
Proxy Users
Proxy users are NOT allowed at Fishing4Mails.com. This includes the
proxy addressing used in the AOL browser. You may still participate if you belong to AOL, but
you must use another browser that does not use proxy addressing. You should also use a non-AOL email
address. If you do use a proxy and are found searching, you will incur termination of account
plus forfeiture of all earnings and downline to date of termination.
